Privacy policy
This policy explains how Z Management Group ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you visit zmanage.com or use the zmanage applications and services (together, the "Services"). If you have a question, email office@zmanage.com.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information you approve on Google's consent screen, described in Google user data below.
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and abuse prevention. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and this website sets no cookies.
How we use information
We use information only to:
- provide, operate and secure the Services, including signing you in;
- respond to your requests and support questions;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google user data
When you choose to connect your Google Account, the Services request only the access needed for the features you use. Google shows you the exact permissions on its consent screen before you approve them.

Limited Use. zmanage's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features of the Services.
- We do not sell Google user data, or use or transfer it for advertising, including retargeting or interest-based ads.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you give us explicit permission, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide the Services, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your notice.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host and operate the Services on our behalf (such as Cloudflare), under obligations to protect it, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Services or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing office@zmanage.com; we will complete the request within 30 days. You can also revoke zmanage's access to your Google Account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, and access is limited to the people and systems that need it to run the Services. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach where required by law.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use Google user data, we will ask for your consent before applying it.
